At Eunica Engineering & Supplies LTD, we want you to be happy with what you buy from us. But sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay! Here’s our return policy to help you understand how returns work. Please read it before you buy anything.
1. Can I Return Something?
You can return a product if:
1.1 It’s in the same condition as when you got it — not used, not broken, and in the original box.
1.2 You tell us you want to return it within 7 days after you buy it.
1.3 You have something that proves you bought it, like a receipt or an email confirmation.

3. How Do I Return Something?
Here’s what to do if you want to return something:
3.1 Call our customer care team at +254799000311 within 7 days of buying the item.
3.2 We’ll check if your return is okay and give you a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
3.3 Pack the item nicely and write the RAN on the outside of the box.
3.4 Send it to the address we give you. Use a delivery service you can track, and keep your receipt.
3.5 Once we get it and check that it’s good to go, we’ll give you a refund or exchange—whichever you prefer.
3.6 Refunds will go back to the way you paid, but we won’t refund shipping or restocking fees (if any).
4. What if My Item is Broken or Doesn’t Work?
4.1 If you get something that’s broken or not working, call us right away.
4.2 We might ask for photos or a little more info to understand what happened.
4.3 If we see it’s really broken, we’ll tell you how to send it back and give you a replacement or your money back—including shipping costs.
5. When Will I Get My Money Back?
5.1 If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund in 4 days after we get your item.
5.2 The time it takes for the money to show in your account depends on your bank or payment method.
