Return & Refund Policy

Eunica Engineering & Supplies LTD allows for returns, exchange and refund for goods purchased through our website as long as the conditions outlined on this page are met.

Timeframe:

To return, exchange or request for a refund, the good must have been purchased within 14 days.

Condition of items:

The items must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached.

Return Method:

Our return method is instore.

Do not return an item unless we give you a go-ahead via email. To request for a return, send us an email at info@eunicaengineering.com.

To qualify for a return, exchange or refund, you must send us an email from the same email that you used when ordering for the products. In your email, explain to us why you would like to return the product. On the same email, attach the receipt that was sent to you when you purchased the product.

If you want a refund, clearly include the payment method where you’d like us to send the refund.

If the item qualifies for a return, we will get back to you within 24 hours via email, giving you a go-ahead.

The goods will be returned to our store, Eunica Engineering & Supplies LTD, Utumishi House, Mamlaka Road, 5th Floor, Left Wing.

Shipping Cost

If we approve the goods for return to our store, you will be responsible for the shipping of the goods to our store, Eunica Engineering & Supplies LTD, Utumishi House, Mamlaka Road, 5th Floor, Left Wing. The shipping mark must be clearly labelled.

Refund Method and Timing

A refund will be issued to your preferred payment method as outlined in the initial email sent to use requesting for return and refund. The refund will be processed within 5 days of us receiving the product.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Non-returnable items:

You cannot return the following items: sale items, customized items, intimate items, used items, damaged, items that are not in their original packaging and items that you lost their tags.

Exchanges:

We allow for exchanges. To qualify for an exchange, the item you are exchanging must be the same price as the item you are exchanging with. The replacement item will be shipped at your cost.
