Shipping Policy

At Eunica Engineering & Supplies LTD, we provide shipping for items purchased via our website. This page outlines the conditions for our shipping.

Order Cut-off times:

We take orders Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EAT. Our order cut-off time is 5pm. Orders made before 2pm are processed and prepared for shipping on the same day. Orders made after 2pm will be prepared and shipped on the next work day.

Order Processing and Handling

Our handling time is between 0 to 1 days.

Orders made before 2:00 PM are processed and dispatched for shipping on the same day. Orders made after 2pm are handled and dispatched the following work day. We take orders between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM East African Time. Any orders made after 5:00 PM or over the weekends are attended to on the next work day.

Delivery Timelines

The goods deliver within 0 to 4 days from the time they are dispatched from our store, depending on how far the destination is.

Shipping Methods and Costs

All shipments are done by our shipping partner, Fargo Courier. They pick and deliver items from our store to our customers all over Kenya.

For orders worth below 75,000 Kenya shillings, we charge a flat shipping fee of 300 Kenya shillings. For orders worth 75,000 Kenya shillings and above, we offer free shipping country-wide.

Geographic Restrictions

We only ship to destinations within Kenya.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link and number via email so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If the goods are not delivered within 4 days since they were dispatched from our store, please send us an email to follow up. If they are delivered but distorted, damaged or incomplete, please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving them. We will respond and resolve as appropriate.
